The characters, from right to left are basically saying, "teng kao", which means charcoal roasted, "Mo Hsi Ge", which is "Mexico" and "hsun ji", which is "smoked chicken". I guess either the company was having fun with it or just really did not know how to translate it. My guess is the latter as all the others were honest attempts at English translations. And no, I did not eat it. I sort of felt sorry for Mexico after that one.
